Warehouse delivers across the UK with flexible options. You can get free delivery on orders over £50. Supersaver delivery takes 5–7 working days for £3.99, Standard arrives in up to 4 days for £4.99, and Express in 2 days for £5.99. You can also order by midnight for Next Day Delivery at £6.99 (9 pm on Saturdays). You can also collect delivery through InPost Lockers from £2.49 and Evri ParcelShop from £3.99, while DPD Premium Next Day costs £6.99. 

Warehouse Return & Refund Policy 

You can return items within 28 days of receipt using the returns portal, with a £1.99 fee deducted per parcel. Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method, or you can choose store credit (valid for 90 days) and receive 10% extra back. For hygiene reasons, items like face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear, and lingerie (with broken seals) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Warehouse Unlimited is a yearly membership that costs £14.99 and gives you free delivery on all orders for 12 months. It includes Unlimited Next Day and Standard Delivery, plus perks like VIP Member Days, exclusive offers, and savings across Warehouse and its family of brands such as Debenhams, Oasis, Dorothy Perkins, Coast, Burton, Wallis, and Misspap.
