ASOS Return & Refund Policy 

ASOS offers free returns within 28 days as long as items are in their original condition, with refunds issued to your original payment method within about 14 days after your return is received. Final Sale items cannot be refunded, and certain products like opened beauty items, underwear, swimwear without the hygiene seal, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
