Matalan offers free standard home delivery on orders over £49.99. Standard delivery costs £3.99 and usually arrives within 5 days. Next-day home delivery is available for £4.99 when ordered before 10 pm, Sunday to Friday. Customers can also choose Click & Collect for £0.99 or free on orders over £19.99 with items ready to store within 5 days, or next-day collection for £1.99 when ordered before 8 pm Tuesday to Friday. 

Matalan Return & Refund Policy 

You can return items within 28 days of purchase (in store) or 28 days of delivery (online) for a refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Returns are free in-store, while postal returns must be paid for unless items are faulty. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt at the warehouse. Some exclusions apply, including electrical goods, large home items, and clearance stores.
