You can collect your order within 10 days from the parcel shop. 

boohoo Return & Refund Policy 

Customers can return the order at boohoo within 28 days from receiving their order, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. A £1.99 returns charge is deducted per parcel, though Premier customers get one free return per order. You can choose store credit for faster processing and receive an extra 10% on your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days, but timing depends on your bank or PayPal. For hygiene reasons, face masks, beauty products, pierced jewelry, swimwear, and lingerie (if opened) cannot be returned. Please note that boohoo does not offer exchanges; you can reorder if you need a replacement.
