Azora Return & Refund Policy 

At Azora, returns for UK customers are free and can be made within 30 days if the item is in its original condition (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons). Once Azora receives your return, they will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange as requested.

Azora Jewellery offers a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is found defective within this period, the brand will repair or replace it free of charge, and if the original item is unavailable, a similar replacement of equal value will be provided. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or inadequate care, and customers are responsible for shipping and related charges when returning items.
