New Look Delivery Info

New Look UK offers free standard delivery on orders over £50; for smaller orders, a £2.99 charge applies, with delivery taking 3–5 working days. If you need your items sooner, Next Day Delivery is available for £5.99 when you order before 8 pm, arriving the next working day. For BFPO addresses, delivery takes 10–14 working days and is free on orders over £50.

You can also choose Click & Collect from your nearest New Look store within 3–5 working days for £1.99, or free when you spend £25 or more. Alternatively, Evri ParcelShop Express offers free collection on orders of £75+, while Evri ParcelShop Next Day costs £5.99 if ordered before 8 pm, with your parcel ready to collect the following working day.

New Look Return & Refund Policy

New Look allows return of unwanted items within 28 days (14 days for online sale items) as long as they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or order number. Returns are free in all UK stores, or you can use InPost or Evri drop-off services for a small cost, with refunds always issued to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, items like pierced jewellery, cosmetics, fragrances (if opened), face coverings, tights/hosiery, and non-intact swimwear cannot be refunded, and personalised or perishable goods are also excluded unless faulty.

CLUB New Look 

CLUB New Look is a free loyalty program that gives members exclusive lower prices on hundreds of products, plus access to fashion tips, competitions, and special events. You can join through the New Look app or website if you’re eligible, and member prices are automatically applied when shopping online or in-store.
