Blakely Clothing Return & Refund Policy
You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or within 28 days for an exchange or gift voucher. All products must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. Returns are not free, but you can use the Blakely returns portal for the best rates. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 working days of the item reaching the warehouse. Please note that underwear, socks, and perfumes cannot be returned, and any free gifts received with an order must also be sent back.
