Get free UK delivery at Boden on orders over £50, or pay £3.95 for standard delivery, which arrives in 2–3 working days. For faster shipping, Express delivery costs £7.95 and arrives the next working day when you order Monday to Friday by 7pm (excluding bank holidays). You can also choose Click & Collect for £3.50, with next-day collection from EVRi ParcelShops, Waitrose stores, or Boden locations. Parcels should be collected within 7–10 days depending on the collection point.

Boden Return & Refund Policy 

Boden allows free returns on all UK orders. Simply register your return online through ZigZag, select the items and reason, then choose your preferred return method, whether drop-off at a store, locker, or home collection. Once your parcel is sent back, it can take up to 14 days to reach Boden, and you will be notified by email that the return is completed. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after approval.
