Patisserie Valerie accepts returns only for non-perishable goods within the legal cooling-off period, while perishable items are non-returnable, but issues like damage or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours with photos for a refund or credit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 working days before delivery (by noon for next-day orders).
