Ocado delivery charges vary from £1 to £7.00 according to slot and area. You can receive delivery in 1 hour or 4 hours, but you have to pay extra charges. 

Ocado Return & Refund Policy 

Ocado allows the return of non-perishable items for free within 28 days, either by handing them back to your driver or submitting a return request online. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with seals intact. For damaged or incorrect items received within 7 days, simply request a refund through “My Ocado” under your previous orders. Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
