Waitrose delivers straight to your doorstep in your chosen time slot for a delivery fee of  £2. You can also select free Click & Collect from your nearest store. A minimum spend of £40 applies to all online orders.

Waitrose Delivery Pass

Waitrose Delivery Pass allows you to book one grocery delivery slot per day with no extra delivery cost, available as a 1, 6, or 12-month plan. It also offers savings of up to £123 a year and early access to Christmas slots.

Waitrose Return & Refund Policy 

Waitrose allows the return of unwanted items or substitutes to the delivery driver, with refunds processed within 24 hours (up to 7 days). If an order is cancelled before payment, refunds go back to the gift cards that were used. Waitrose also offers a 35-day goodwill policy allowing returns with proof of purchase for a refund, exchange, or replacement, usually to your original payment method, or as a gift card if proof is missing. Exclusions apply for used, damaged, unsealed, perishable, personalized, or made-to-order items.
