Argos offers a 30-day return policy for unused items, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition, with proof of purchase required. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, typically within 5 working days for card payments, up to 14 days for Klarna, and up to 30 days for PayPal. Large home-delivered or made-to-order items may incur a £30 collection fee unless faulty, while Tu Clothing returns are free in-store or at Sainsbury’s collection points.
