But for next-day delivery, you have to pay the delivery charges shown at checkout. AO.com offers a 30-day returns policy if you change your mind. Unused items in their original packaging qualify for a full refund, while used or installed products may only receive a partial refund (up to around 50%), and some categories, like personal care, must be returned unused with hygiene seals intact.
