AO delivers to most UK postcodes, with a choice of delivery dates and time slots shown at checkout. You can get free standard delivery on your orders. But for next-day delivery, you have to pay the delivery charges shown at checkout. Some remote areas, such as parts of the Scottish Highlands and islands, may have higher fees or limited service, which is confirmed when you enter your postcode at checkout. Smaller items can be collected through the Click & Collect service within 10 days at over 7,000 UK locations, while large appliances are delivered to your home. Ao.com also charges a delivery fail fee of £24.99 for smaller items and £49.99 for larger items.
AO.com Return & Refund Policy
AO.com offers a 30-day returns policy if you change your mind. Unused items in their original packaging qualify for a full refund, while used or installed products may only receive a partial refund (up to around 50%), and some categories, like personal care, must be returned unused with hygiene seals intact. Small items can be returned for free via the Drop at Shop service, but if AO needs to collect your item, a collection fee applies (up to £24.99 for small items and up to £49.99 for large appliances). If you cancel within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, AO will also refund any standard delivery charges, and faulty products can be reported and processed easily through your My Account.
