Abel & Cole allows returns to the order’s If you change your mind, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, though some items like chilled goods can’t be returned for safety reasons. If a product arrives damaged or not as described, contact Customer Care within 14 days for a refund. Abel & Cole also has a goodwill policy, where if you’re unhappy with your order, they may offer a refund within 14 days at their discretion.
